Though I've never had a bad experience as far as food quality, be ready to wait an extremely long time for food that shouldn't take long to prepare.

Machines are almost always broken. Even the grill. We went through the other day and they couldn't cook anything because of the grills. They just said they couldn't grill anything. When they actually can cook your food or make your ice cream, it's usually wrong. When they're very busy they often only have one car hop delivering orders which makes things even slower. I really feel bad for some of the employees that are trying their best.
I Love Sonic...But not the one in Amory Mississippi...I gave it one more try The corn dog was rubbery and cold....Never again....
